ALTHÉA BIEN ÊTRE
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping Policy

Version dated 30 July 2026
Preparation, dispatch and delivery terms for ALTHÉA Bien Être business orders.

ARTICLE 01

Scope

This policy applies to business orders placed through althea-bien-etre.fr or approved directly with SAS ALTHEA. It supplements the B2B Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable to the order.
ARTICLE 02

Delivery Areas

SAS ALTHEA ships orders to mainland France, French overseas departments and territories, and European countries served by the carriers offered at checkout.

Some destinations may be subject to restrictions, specific delivery times, customs formalities or a prior shipping quotation.
ARTICLE 03

Order Preparation

Orders are generally prepared within an indicative period of 24 business hours after order approval and receipt of payment, subject to product availability.

Orders received during weekends, public holidays or outside processing hours are handled on the next business day.
ARTICLE 04

Delivery Methods

Depending on the destination, weight, volume and nature of the order, delivery may be offered through Colissimo, Chronopost or another carrier selected by SAS ALTHEA.

The available carrier and any delivery options are shown during checkout or on the quotation.
ARTICLE 05

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated according to destination, weight, volume, carrier and selected services. They are communicated before final order confirmation.

For mainland France, standard shipping is free for orders of at least €250 excluding VAT, except where a special offer, exceptional logistical constraint or different commercial agreement applies.
ARTICLE 06

Transit Times

Stated transit times are indicative and begin once the order has actually been dispatched. They vary according to destination, carrier, selected service and any customs checks or formalities.

A carrier delay beyond the control of SAS ALTHEA does not automatically entitle the customer to cancel the order or receive compensation, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
ARTICLE 07

Shipment Tracking

Where tracking is available, the tracking number or link is provided by email or through the customer account. Tracking information is supplied by the carrier and may take some time to appear after dispatch.
ARTICLE 08

Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address, recipient details and access information are accurate and complete.

Costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible address, or by the recipient’s absence, may be charged to the customer.
ARTICLE 09

Delivery and Transfer of Risk

For business customers, risk in the goods transfers in accordance with the B2B Terms and Conditions of Sale and, where applicable, the Incoterm or commercial agreement stated on the quotation or order.
ARTICLE 10

Inspection on Delivery

The customer must inspect the condition, quantity and apparent conformity of parcels upon delivery. Where a parcel is damaged, missing, open or crushed, the customer must make precise and complete reservations with the carrier and retain packaging and supporting evidence.
ARTICLE 11

Reservations and Claims

Any transport issue must be reported to SAS ALTHEA as soon as possible at commandes@althea-bien-etre.fr, together with the order number, photographs of the parcel and products, and a copy of the reservations made to the carrier.

Failure to make detailed reservations may limit available recourse against the carrier.
ARTICLE 12

Unclaimed or Refused Parcels

Where a parcel is returned because of absence, failure to collect, unjustified refusal or incorrect delivery information, return and re-shipping costs may be charged to the customer. Re-shipment takes place once those costs have been agreed.
ARTICLE 13

Customs, Taxes and Formalities

For deliveries subject to customs or tax formalities, the customer is responsible for duties, taxes, clearance charges, documents and authorisations required in the destination country, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
ARTICLE 14

Force Majeure and External Events

SAS ALTHEA is not liable for delay or failure to deliver caused by events such as industrial action, severe weather, network closure, administrative measures, shortages, general breakdowns, customs events or any other event reasonably beyond its control.
ARTICLE 15
